"Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. "

"Great location.Perfect for convenience in Vittoria. We used a parking garage in town, 10 mins walk away Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. "
