Horrible interaction
I reached out to my contact since 8am the day of check in and I was not able to access the property till 9pm that day. Super dusty, everything full of dirty. Not good for my children with asthma. Very disapointed since I didnt have very many options. Not 3 bedrooms, just 1br, with 2 beds an open space with a full bed and a pull out couch. Nothing was used since dust, and dirt were everywhere. She tried to accomidate, but we wouldnt have an issue if the property was clean and she would have remembered. She contacted me after 10 saying she couldnt find my reservation and I had to send screen shots. SMH
