"Exceptional service! All staff were so friendly and super helpful. Good location, next to a tube station and nearca lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Costanera shopping centre. Lovely swimming pool, water was always warm and really nice to swim in. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. "The hotel is really very comfortable. The room we booked has a bedroom and a living room and kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. I just have to point out that I found the breakfast a bit poor compared to the quality of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and they always served almost the same thing with little variety."
