"Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."

"We had an Amazing Stay at the Villa. The location and facilities were just wonderful! My host Alex was exceptional, he was always helpful & supportive no matter when I called with questions he was very responsive. We loved the Villa!"

"The condo had everything we needed. Nice long walks on the beach. If staying more than a week you should rent a car. The grounds were well maintained. The little food hut was nice when it was open Thurs-Sun. A lot of cabanas and loungers available. Great communication with the host. "

"Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. "The property is a new Marina condominium next to the beach. It is in pristine condition and well maintained with all you need to relax and cook if needed. There are few pools and beach options. Will need to drive 5 min to ElFaro to get full service with nice pools and ocean views, sandy beach with canopies, towels all included, bar, food etc. it was great for both adults and kids. "Beautiful condo overlooking Playa El Palmar. Location is a little remote, as there are no amenities at the condo. A car is recommended, unless you like to walk a lot and are okay jumping on the local buses or you want to take a taxi everywhere. Condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Owners were very prompt to deal with any issues or repairs that arose. Would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here in the future!"

"We were a group of 6 and stayed for 5 weeks. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us. The location and view of the beach from the apartment is amazing. We were close to several surf schools and the kids learned to surf. It was a work / vacation and internet connection was great. The host were great and quickly corrected any problems we had with the Apartment. We would love to stay there again."
