"Ross and the team took great care of us. We loved our 2 private patios in the penthouse and the roof top mini pool. They were great about all our questions and there were awesome beach clubs near by and all the best food right around the corner. We had lots of space and felt very safe. My only recommendation would be to have more supplies in the kitchen and a little nicer bedding. But we were able to cook with what was provided. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"In the pictures the place looks nice, and while the property is well taken care off, the apartment itself is not good. First of all, you will be told upon arrival that the electricity is not included and you need to pay for it. Initially i was ok with it, but after coming back from dinner (this happened the same day we checked in) there was no electricity at all in the apartment. We had to sit there over an hour in the dark waiting for the host to “recharge” the service with the electricity...

"We stayed for 2 months. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels good quality. Condo grounds and pool attractive and well-maintained. Great location, a pleasant 5 block walk to the beach in front of the Impressive Resort that is clean, with soft white sand. Bring your own chair or towel to sit on. We also walked to many nearby restaurants and a small grocery store. Took the local bus for 50 pesos to San Juan Mall for more grocery choice."

"This property is well equipped with most everything you need. Nice condo community. I have stayed in almost every community in the area. I especially liked that I never saw a bug inside. The showers worked well too. One thing lacking is a water jug dispenser. It is difficult to lift a full jug to pour water out. All other units have a water cooler or a jug with a spigot."

Nicely decorated, plenty of space, perfect location to beach, pool, walking distance to restaurants (both on the beach and outside of complex), small super market. "Liz met us on the day of check in and explained how the logistics (AC, safe, TV, and general rules) of the condo worked; I have stayed in other VBROs and the manager/owner did not meet me at the check in so this was a pleasant surprise!!!
