"Location, activities, specially for kids, water slides and other activities. Needs improvement at the snack bar by the main swimming poolside but it was tolerable. Noisy the first night but improved by the second night and after I approach the front desk and informed them. The rest of our stay was fantastic. "

The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all questions/help with your needs. A beautiful hotel in a magical location. We will be visiting again. "
