"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."

"Good convenient location "

"Getting checkin directions required us to call VRBO to get the host’s phone number. The host never made contact other than the single texted instructions initiated by us (frantically, bc we couldn’t confirm if we had a place to stay for a week over Xmas!). Zero contact or response via VRBO. You can hear every footstep and conversation upstairs. And we know the tenants were trying to be quiet because we met them. Would not recommend. Passenger exit from car is on the mud."

"Everything about this property was perfect for us! The house is beautiful, clean and well-appointed without being busy. It is located in the best part of Berkeley -- you can walk to everything from a peaceful neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner and property manager were also very helpful and responsive. We didn't want to leave! "

"Xabier was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little bungalow. It was spacious enough for our family of four. We enjoyed the comfortable layout, turf backyard, and the hot tub (though we wish the tub had been as sparkling clean as the rest of the house). The location is excellent: walking distance from playgrounds and the grocery store, and just a 10-15 minute walk from El Cerrito Plaza. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Xabier!"

"Just a little annoyance with the AC shutting off and showing 66, but it's hot. It's a bit disconcerting, but I really like the hotel. I've been here for three weeks and will definitely stay for another one."
