In addition, the building has a communal swimming pool and offers an underground parking space for the convenience of guests. Underground parking is available in the same building. Please note that if the car is of large dimensions, it may be complicated to park, but you can always park on the street for free.

Without the need for a car, you can easily move around the town on foot or by using the tram (Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, etc.).
