Excellent family villa
Stunning location on the rocks with wonderful views of the sea, El Campello and Benidorm. Several terraces to seek a different view, some shade or peace and quiet. Swimming off the rocks just a few steps out of the door. Fantastic host who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again.

Rock point el campello
Beautiful location overlooking the sea with stunning views. The apartment had all the facilities we needed to enjoy out stay there. Earnest and Renata were very helpful. The best part for us was the private pool and beautiful views .A small beach was a 3 minute walk away and local restaurants a further 4 minutes.El Campello is a 10 minute drive away with a plentiful selection of restaurants on the beach front.

La maison est conforme à l'annonce sauf au niveau de la climatisation car c'est précisé qu'il y a une climatisation hors il y a deux climatisations portatives qui ne peuvent couvrir la surface de l'appartement. De plus une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre donc les nuits deviennent irrespirables. De plus il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que la climatisation est payante en fin de séjour en fonction de la consommation.... Hormis cette problématique c'est l'odeur d'égout présente en permanence qui gâche un peu ce petit paradis. Pour le reste c'est une superbe maison très bien équipée notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située à 20 minutes d’Alicante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, l’équipement et la petite crique juste en bas de la maison qui nous donnait souvent l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Merci à Ernesto pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. A recommander.

Breathtaking Views
The house is well located. The views are amazing and give you some peace. Everything went well and Ernst was very helpful if needed. He occupied the upstairs appartement but tried to respect our privacy as we were enjoying the backstairs appartement with the garden , private terrasses and private pool. The house is not as well equiped as it could be especially for the price. But when you look at the sea it kinds of remind you why choose that place.

La maison de la loose
Entrée extérieur détériorée marches dangereuses Piscine sale tout autour et alors surtout Les Marches de l entrée en mosaïque de la piscine sont carrément abîmées ce qui a provoqué Une coupure au niveau du pied de ma fille direction les urgences le dimanche 4 points de suture (un jour seulement après notre arrivée) heureusement le tendon n’a pas été touché mais ses vacances ont été complètement fichues et les notres aussi ce qui a entraîné l’annulation des activités prévues et comme de bien entendu je n’ai pas été remboursé puisque cela s est passée la veille de l’activité Pas de possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété obligée de faire 300 m plus haut dans une autre maison Arrivée odeur d égout partout dans la maison c est juste insupportable Toute la semaine on a respire cette odeur douche complètement rouillée Porte papier toilette rouillé Clim peu active Dans la Cuisine trou dans le mur avec les fils apparents Frigidaire qui fuit on ne peut pas mettre la clim du salon en même temps que de faire une lessive ou de mettre son lave-vaisselle sinon les plombs sautent obligée de contacter la dame qui nous a donné les clef au demeurant très gentille climatisation faible pour un si grand volume Cafards dans la cuisine et dans le salon Mon mari en a tue une cinquantaine dehors La télé ne fonctionne pas sauf Netflix Salle de bain 1 Complètement vieillotte porte papier toilette complètement rouillé L’accès à la salle de bain par la marche est dangereuse puisque la marche n’est pas terminée risque de coupure profonde Terrasse Belle vue sur la mer ok quand on s’approche de plus près une nappe carrément dégoûtante qui n’a pas été nettoyée un trou dans le mur caché par une planche !!!!!!! Un barbecue complètement rouillé avec une grille complètement inutilisable nous avons dû acheter notre propre grille Je ne vous parle pas des portes qui ne se ferme pas ou avec beaucoup de difficulté ou il faut forcer de toutes les traces suspecte sur les murs et sur les couvertures Et du wi-fi Pas pas présent du tout mon mari travaille dans l’import-export obligé d’aller dans un point wi-fi sur Alicante pour pouvoir travailler Bref les vacances horribles en 15 ans de loc c est la première fois que je suis contente de rentrer chez moi

tres bel endroit
décor de carte postale toute la journée, possibilité de plonger en apnée en bas de la villa. petite plage familiale à 5 min à pied avec sable fin et eau claire. quelques moustiques , prévoir des protections. a mi chemin entre Benidorm et Alicante. Nous recommandons
