Die Konstitutionssäule steht in der Nähe von Gaibach in Unterfranken, oberhalb von einem Weinberg. Sie wurde zu Ehren der Verfassung des Königreichs Bayern von 1818 am 22. August 1828 eingeweiht und von Leo von Klenze gestaltet.
