"We spent 5 beautiful days at the chalet. There were 6 of us (all adults, all family) and everything was perfect. Beatrice was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. She was super helpful and always responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. The house left absolutely nothing to be desired. "We had a great time from check in to check out It was close and convenient to get to the airport. We had an issue hooking up our apple box. Called the front desk for help, they sent up maintenance. Marcin Gasiorowski came in under two minutes, had the issue fixed in no time. He was wonderful! We will be back for sure "

"The hotel was nice and clean, however, the app they use to check in on line did not work. I could not get a key assigned. But when we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, they accommodated us. The breakfast cost is 18 Swiss francs, which is a bit expensive and you have to cook your own eggs. There is no ice available. Other than that, the stay was adequate for one or two nights"
