The property was clean, and it is super convenient to the University. The booking came with some confusion with regards to a security deposit or damage insurance. The other issue was my reservation showed it was for one unit, but the host texted me instructions for a different one. I stayed in the unit that I saw in the pictures it just had a different unit number. I had to text the host for check-in information past the check in time. That’s unusual compared to my other bookings. Overall, I’m sure these are all things that can and will be addressed with updates to their booking settings. We will keep you posted on how it goes next time. I’m sure we’ll book it again as we’ll be visiting regularly.

This place was a great place for a getaway! Very spacious and felt at home. Could have used an iron as part of the amenities, but all in all everything else is provided and more than expected. We would definitely rebook.

I was blown away!
-Very responsive; initially no code so called on arrival to get code, was able to give it to me over the phone. Later found an email was sent 30 minutes before check-in time with the code. Wonderful, spacious and clean!! Only two chairs at kitchen island, no dining table (one would crowd the space) the lounge area has a long sofa and a loveseat. ROKU TV and (very quiet) washer/dryer made our our 6 night stay comfortable. No kitchen appliances other than built-ins: refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven. Just enough dishes for four, but all cooking needs like cake pans, pots and fry pans. Filled spice rack and olive oil, too! Great wifi, sooo helpful as verizon is soooo spotty here, dropping 3 calls in one day. Closest restaurants I saw: Cowboy Cafe and El Parisol.
