"I like the convenience of walking through the hotel to the mall. What I didn't like is paying for parking. I believe that if a customer resides at your hotel, the customer should not have to pay for parking. This feels like price gauging."

"Everything was ok except we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the lobby to watch Netflix cause somehow the remote isn’t working properly and tv is old including the one in the room I couldn’t connect it to my phone to enjoy indoor evening with my partner so that was a disappointment but above all everything ..."
