"This was an amazing hotel, such a beautiful reception - every time I walked through I saw something different, it’s just gorgeous

The food was sublime, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful
Our room was beautiful, large with plenty of wardrobes, beautifully appointed bathroom - my only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless - would help if they put in a normal hairdryer!

"Great hideaway location. Fab for the ski brigade. We arrived by motorbike and was impressed with the secure parking. The staff are very friendly and professional. We ate dinner and the food was very good. I'd recommended."

Only issue restaurant closed had to order delivery, why dont Hotels.com and the hotels mention this prior to booking.

"Parking was horrible, staff was not profesional, I was literal y asked to get up from the breakfast table so then can sweep the floor. Served cold coffee.
I travel a lot and can tel you this Hotel is overpriced and definately not worth it "
"Really great place in incredible marina setting with wonderful views and wonderful facilities. The room and all communal areas had perfect views of the sea and plenty of areas to relax and appreciate the surrounding. Highly recommend

"I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day.
I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and lay on the sand but unfortunately, that is not possible in the whole village."

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "
