"We traveled to Louisville from Chicago for our son’s graduation. We are a family of 7, so we wanted a house to be together verses 2 hotel rooms. Amenities listed in description were not there as we arrived. We brought nice clothes for graduation ceremony and wanted to iron them after a 6 hour drive. An iron and ironing board were nowhere to be found. A toaster was no where. Oven mits were no where communication with host was crickets. He basically read our messages and we had ZERO response....
