It's a unique experience and close to Congaree National Park. The breakfast was nice home cooked and the coffee especially good. The owner is very gregarious and we had a wonderful morning breakfast conversation with her and learned a ton about the area. To be truthful we were a bit taken aback by being so close to a 4 lane highway but it was quieter at night. We plan to stay here on future stays. They are constantly working to upgrade especially the back patio area which faces the open country rather than front road.

Quirky and unique property, very nice hostess. Bathroom is on suite, but shower is shared down the hall. Only difficulty is Google maps doesn't find the property (so if you wind up at a baptist church, look 2 properties down).

This was an artistically renovated older farm home. Very colorful and funky style. Improvements and character were underway. The caretakers were very friendly and sharing. The breakfast was made from ingredients grown or raised on their working farm. Would stay again. Very eclectic place.

The owner’s creative decor choices help elevate this older property to comfortable, the included breakfast was hearty and the price is unbeatable in the area. The location is alongside a major local road, so traffic noise at night could be an issue for some, but conversely the location is very convenient for transportation to local sites (including Congaree National Park). The on-property owner was super helpful, including staying up past midnight to make sure I found my way to the property after Google maps led be badly astray (tip: use Apple Maps). The Epicurean Table is a fine dinner option only a few minutes drive away.
