"I booked this cottage as it was a very good price for a one night stay. I’d recommend as it was in a very peaceful area, with a lovely pub that does nice food about a minute walk away. The only downside to the properties area was the internet connection, as data was struggling for connection. The hot tub was brilliant, would recommend to make sure you burn wood straight away as it takes a while to warm up. It was a very cosy night and I’d definitely recommend and even come back again."

"We had a really lovely 1 night stay in the Highland pod at the Cow & Plough. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the pod was well designed, cosy and warm with quite a lot of room for two. It had all the things we'd need for a short stay – only needing our toiletries and food. We found the shower pressure wasn't great but manageable. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...
