Where to stay in East Hampton

Lifted from montauk next to the Crabby Cowboy, Moby's reconstituted here in Amagansett in an even better setting. Picnic tables on a huge lawn with a giant lifeguard chair makes it perfect for families, but it's sultry enough for my stylish single friends to sit at the bar. Food is excellent.

Rosalind and Michael are lovely. They put care and attention into all aspects of your stay and their artwork is fabulous. We would definitely return. Art House is a wonderful alternative to the large hotels on the East End. Highly Recommended!

One last note - stay away from the Orogold facial product shop on the main drag near the shopping. Super high pressure and I think it's a scam.

Off season East Hampton is nice. The main road gets crazy busy at peak times and during summer. Snooty folks at times. The locals are great!
