Best of both worlds! Enjoy the privacy of Northwoods lake living yet vacation only a mile from downtown Eagle River! This updated and very clean open-concept cottage is located on the water with shared frontage to Yellow Birch Lake bay. Sleeps 8 with1 queen, 2 doubles, and queen pull-out couch. Features include washer, dryer, gas fireplace, propane grill, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, pizza oven and additional dorm fridge located in garage patio for extra beverage storage. Screened in garage outdoor living space is huge attraction for renters with lake views, while having protection from rain or bugs but with a comfortable patio feel; in season only. Cottage built into hill for natural cooling factor but a portable standing A/C unit is upstairs for added comfort on highly humid nights. Please bring your own wood for firepit. Pier space available for one boat. Strictly NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties, NO campers! When inquiring please state whether bringing your own boat. Cottage is fully compliant, licensed, and registered with Vilas County Public Health Dept and Eagle River Fire Department for safety checks. Primary renter must be 26 years old.

Cabin was very clean and was exactly as described. Very convenient to local shops in Eagle River. Location was perfect, especially if you bring a boat. The landing was only 100 yards away. I would definitely recommend this to others. If I had one concern it would be with the firmness of the beds. All in all I’d rate my stay a 9 out of10.

Northwoods getaway on the lake
My wife and I with two other couples chose this property for it's proximity to down town Eagle River and the chain of lakes it's on, we weren't disappointed. You don't have to go far from the dock to find plenty of restaurants or watering holes. The lounge area in the garage was a great place to wind down after a day on the water and the perfect place to gather in the evening. The Eagle River area is a new favorite vacation destination.

The place is located right on the lake, the kids had a great time catching small perch and bluegill… the swimming beach is located right up the road… the kids got to feed deer out of their hands that just walked up to the property… we had a blast!!! Great time!!! Will definitely come back!!

The house was clean, neat and comfortable. It was in a lovely, peaceful location with a beautiful lake view close to town. Lots of deer roamed the neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious and unique family room. Our hosts were helpful and easy to work with.

The house was right off the lake. There was a nice stream in the front yard and we got to feed the deer right from the yard. It was very close to downtown but still secluded. Access was no issue and the property manager was very helpful.

End of summer getaway!
The house was easy to find! Convenient to stores and to the downtown area. We brought our boat, boat launch close and easy to use. Enjoyed taking the boat through the chain of lakes. The house was good for our family. The garage is a bonus . We ate all of our meals there and was a perfect place to hang out away from the bugs and while it was raining!
