"I put in a complaint on 4/14/25 with Elario. The same day I got a closed email with no explanation. I am not happy, we were in the house for about 20 minutes and left. We ended up renting a motel room in town. I am also not happy that the property had a 9.4 rate, that is not true!"

"It was a nice property and very beautiful. The owner was very nice and extremely attentive.But the pool area had multiple black widows like it hadn’t been clean in a good while.The chairs recovered in spiderwebs. We couldn’t even sit down on them.when someone was sent over to clean them off, she barely swept them and told me that I had spray under the sink and I could use it if I needed to.
