"We had booked this house, but after going to pick up the keys and seeing the property, decided that it was not suitable for our group. There was insufficient information on the site regarding the situation of the house - the map link was wrong and we had some difficulty finding the location (did not receive instructions from the host despite request). The house keeper requested several hundred Euro up front to cover cleaning fees, and bedding (not clearly stated on the information that bed...

"The house is superb, the attention to detail amazing, we loved sitting in the beautiful garden and enjoying lunch on the terrace. St Jean du Gard is the perfect village with excellent markets and there are excellent walks right on the doorstep. We can highly recommend a stay with Bernard and Regine they are the perfect hosts and we intend to return as soon as we can."

"Wir haben das Haus für unseren Familienurlaub gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert. Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend alles Wichtige gezeigt. Zum Haus selbst: Es ist sehr schick eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer sowie der Esstisch sind eins mit der Küche und laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool war der eigentliche Highlight des Urlaubs. Bei 38°C immer für eine willkommene Erfrischung gut. Wir könnten hier problemlos...

"What a beautiful house! We had a wonderful time in Sainte-Croix. The house is lovely, and so quiet. We were warmly welcomed and got all the information we might need. A real joy."

"Le village est très bien situé, la maison agréable spacieuse bien aménagée et avec une salle d'eau par chambre. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Nous avons essentiellement profité de cuisine d'été et dans le but d'améliorer ce bien, je pourrais vous suggérer un réfrigérateur à ce niveau."

"Une excellente semaine dans ce gite au milieu de la foret. Le gite est tres bien amenagé avec une jolie piscine. De plus, nous avons eté accueilli tres aimablement par le proprietaire. Location à recommander."

"C’est une chouette maison,pour se réunir en famille.La pièce à vivre est grande,pour accueillir les grandes tablées et ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner.linge et jeux sont à disposition.Les chambres sont en enfilade,il ne faut pas être trop sensible au bruit.la maison est au cœur du village,on peut faire les course et de belles ballades sans voitures.Les hôtes sont accueillants et très réactifs en cas de problème.J’y retournerais volontiers"

"The Villa complex was great for the 4 Families to share. There were adequate rooms to meet each family requirements. The Villa is located in a quiet little village and the Villa Complex suited our needs. There were plenty of equipment around for the children and adults to use, Table Tennis, Table Football, Tennis rackets etc. The Garden and pool area was great for relaxing and plenty of space if you wanted that quiet area for yourself. The kitchen was large and and had everything we needed for the kitchen and dinning. The dinning room was large with a single table where we could all eat together. The courtyard was was wonderful with the seated area covered by the very old trees. There are no shops in the village but the nearby town has several supermarkets and shops. We all had a great time there and would recommend for a Family / Friends group. "

"There was a calm, genteel feel to the hotel and grounds, a sense of grandeur past. The staff were helpful and polite. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast in the gardens. It would have been good to have some help taking heavy bags up the stone stairs as there did not seem to be a lift/elevator."
