Welcome to you home away from home just 7 miles west of Durango! This well maintained stucco home in the peaceful Durango West 2 Neighborhood offers a spacious and affordable retreat for families, couples, or small groups exploring Southwest Colorado. Has bed space for 7 people plus a large couch in living room for an additional person.

-Master Bedroom:
King Bed, Hard wood floor 65" smart TV, en-suite bathroom with private toilet area, wok space w/ desk, printer and monitor
-Bedroom 2:
Queen bed, new carpet, closets and nigh stands
-Bedroom 3:
Bunk Bed w/ Queen lower and twin upper, new carpet and closet storage, black out blinds.

Interior amenities- Second full bathroom is in hallway between other two bedrooms with its own entry. House is fully furnished, move in ready, spacious living room w/ 75" smart TV and You Tube TV access. Hardwood floors in living area, tile in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Full laundry w/ washer and dryer, and stocked kitchen w/ condiments/spices.
Larger private back yard with deck and seating for 6, Blackstone grill and BBQ, great shade from beautiful gamble oaks trees. Perfect for entertaining. NOTE: for those who wish to bring a dog ($500 non refundable pet fee), the back yard is NOT fully fenced in. The west side of the fence is missing and I am on a wait list for its repair. Also note, the garage and master closet are not available to guests for use, they are storing my personal stuff while I am gone. There is a closet next to the front door if you need closet space to hang things. There are also closets in the second and third bedrooms.

Neighborhood has tennis court, basketball court and playground within walking distance as well as a great network of nature trails for biking or hiking. Literally right outside your front door.

1 hr 15 min min drive to Silverton
2.5 hr drive to Moab/ Canyonlands
15 minutes to La Plata Canyon/ San Juan National Forest Access

Guest enters with one time garage code, then uses key on counter for front door to enter and exit during stay. Leave keys on kitchen counter upon check out and lock door when you leave.
Please avoid parking in the street, there is plenty of room in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.
A welcome guide will be sent to you after full payment is received which contains all the info you need for your stay.
