"The stay was incredible, our rooms were clean and cozy, we loved having breakfast each morning. The issues I had were small but should be simple solutions for the hotel. 1. They need a better room key system/ something more up to date , our keys never worked to the elevator or our rooms, we had to get new keys every single time we wanted to go to our rooms. Something to do with the magnetic field touching your phone or credit cards automatically ruining the connection. Terribly annoying. 2. valet wasn’t the best experience but it was affordable! They say to call 30 mins ahead, I would say call an hour ahead. "

"The hotel is in a great location down the street from The Temple Bar and other famous pubs and within easy walking distance of Trinity College and the cathedral. Perfect for walking everywhere you’d want to go in the area."

"The hotel is cross the road from the airport. There is a shuttle outside the door but one can walk if they wish. We had a lovely meal of fish and chips in the bar. The service if waiting for someone to come to the table is very slow. It is much faster to order using the QR code. The room is comfortable, I and a good nights sleep which is unusual before an early morning flight. I had a coffee and a pain au chocolat at the coffee shop / dock the next morning. That is a great facility. Coffee was lovely. Pain au chocolat looked great but didn’t have the flakey pastry that it should have. I ran the coffee shop I would definitely be changing supplier: It should be nicer. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Staff were very friendly."

"Was only here for one night but the hotel is very clean, modern and very friendly and helpful service. Love the state of the art touch controls in the room for lighting and air. Nice variety of breakfast choices as well."
