"This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Lake Huron. We drove south to Grand Bend one day and north to Sauble Beach the next, both easy drives. The hotel is spotless, all employees we came into contact with were so friendly and helpful, included breakfast was very good and our bed very comfortable!"

"A lovely quiet spot near the beautiful town of Goderich. Many nearby golf course - a bonus for the golfer in the family. The kitchen is well stocked with every kind of basic condiment, oil, vinegar, soy etc. Next time we’d know and bring fewer tiny jars with such things from home. (Not all cottage rentals are so thoroughly stocked up.)The layout is very good for families with some members who go to bed earlier in that the TV for watching dvds is in a back extension so the sound doesn’t carry up to the 2nd floor loft sleeping spaces. Although the week we went was cool enough at night that we didn’t need the available air conditioning, this had been a very hot summer and we might well have needed it. Good to have the option. Check in was easy. The living room was comfy for a rainy day with lots of family games and books but we spent most of our time outside in the hammock, on the back deck, or having meals in the screened portion of the back deck.Would recommend! "

"This boutique hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to Goderich - 2 minute drive. The staff are super friendly and accommodated my gluten allergy at the buffet breakfast that was included with our stay. A beautiful view and walk out patio with well kept gardens made our stay feel so peaceful. Nice touch with a little welcome treat upon arrival. Highly recommend ! "

"This cottage and property was everything we hoped for and more. To start, it is the cutest little cottage with an amazing view of beautiful Lake Huron. The sunsets were stunning from the hottub. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 small dogs and there was plenty of room for us to all spread out. The yard is fully fenced, which was wonderful for the dogs to play. The stairs to the beach are many, but so worth the climb. The beach area below was a great place to spend a few hrs a day, listening to the waves and playing in the water. Bring beach shoes as Lake Huron is known for it's rocky shores and crystal clear water. This cottage is so well equipped with so many amenities, I lost count. My daughters went paddle boarding every day and my dog sat at the gate to the beach all the time, hoping someone would take him back down. We enjoyed our stay so much and couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend this great property to families, couples or even a girls getaway. We would love to go back again one day. "

"The hosts were kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised that each room had its own bathroom. They put a lot of care and effort on lovely breakfast. The property was beautiful and just a minute walk from the Court House Square. We went to Goderich for a concert held in the square, so the location was perfect. Pretty beach area was a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed shopping at Farmers market in the morning before heading home."
