This has excellent water quality and you can relax while swimming, paddling, fishing or rowing. A great destination for families with children is Wittenburg, 10 kilometers away, with its indoor ski hall, quad track and adventure playground. For the older of the little guests there is a great adventure trail just 500 m away. Take your bikes with you and explore the varied landscape by bike. There is an excellent network of cycle paths around the state capital of Schwerin. To refresh, we then go to the sandy beach at Lake Dümmer, where even the small children can get used to the water while playing.
