Fully-furnished 1 bedroom apartment at Marina Spatial - Dumaguete City. Situated very close to the best and affordable restaurants in the city - Hayahay Treehouse Bar & Viewdeck, Lab-as Restaurant, Lantaw restaurant, and Cafe Racer Dumaguete!

The unit is at the 5th floor with mountain view windows. Free Internet Wifi, Cable TV channels (one TV in the bedroom and one in the living room), kitchenette where you can cook your own food. We also provide cooking basics (pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper), rice cooker, induction stove, dishes and silverware, electric kettle, minibar, washing machine and others.

Sorry, since some area of Marina Spatial is not yet fully finished, we can't access the pool and club house area as of this time. Gym access will be available by 1st quarter of 2020.
