For shared use: property 10 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (30 x 20 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), table tennis, basketball (extra), beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: reception, bistro, shopping facilities, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, railway station "Trieste Centrale" 18 km, rocky beach "Baia Sistiana" 1.6 km. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. This flat is located in the new small residence with a total of 6 flats, approx. 50 metres from Camping Village Mare Pineta. Lift in the residence.
