Great Experience
You feel like you almost have the entire mountain to yourself. It is so quiet and beautiful. I loved the deck it was a great place for me and my laptop to get some much-needed work done. I worried a little about the water situation but turned out to not be an issue at all. WIFI is great and was fast enough for anything we asked it to do.

Charming cabin in the woods, lovely covered deck!
We loved this place! Rustic and tucked away – but warm and cozy with all the amenities you need. Lots of natural light coming through many windows. Classic mountain cabin with two acres to yourselves. Lovely lookout clearing on the property with view of The Ramshorn across the valley. 15 minutes to downtown Dubois. One hour 15 to Jenny Lake. 35 minutes to Ring Lake. Good propane grill on deck, started first click every time. Shaded deck was great for working outside and had great and reliable internet for whole stay. Space heaters well-placed. Wood burning stove in main living area. Nice fire pit outside. We packed lite because unit had everything we needed. Wake up to sunrise on the deck. Brought our dogs - they loved it. Place is secluded but road is good. Drove our Tesla Y everywhere without issues and charged at the cabin with our standard mobile charger every night and got about 5-6 miles per hour. Faster charger available at Black Bear Inn in Dubois. Very helpful and responsive hosts - always quick with any solution or just advice on where to go or what to see. Will definitely stay here again!
