The space
Note: Property is divided in two parts at the front. left side secondary driveway & garage is inaccessible for the guests.
Primary driveway is for the guests, can park in the driveway or can utilise street parking.
Left side secondary driveway is separate part from this property that not under airbnb booking .Its rented separately & caravan excess required always.NOTE IT PLZ.

Layout: Downstairs spacious space including one bedroom, open plan kitchen with family and dining area, office/lounge and a massage chair, laundry, toilet, large pergola and fire pit.
upstairs has one master bedroom with ensuite , walk in wardrobe, 2 more bedrooms, one toilet and bathroom and a lounge room.

Note: One store room upstairs, storage under stairs and garage is not accessible for the guests.

Outdoor area: Guests can access area inside bamboo fence and towards right side of the house. left side from bamboo fence near pergola is not accessible due to safety.


Pergola has outdoor chair, a swing fire pit & electric bbq(Hot plate)

Security: there are camera outside around the house that need to stay ON.
there is one camera inside near dining area which can be covered or changed direction before booking.

All right side outdoor area, all indoor except garage, one storage cupboard under stairs and one store room upstairs.

Outdoor security cameras there but there is no indoor any type of security camera or recording device it's mentioned in guest safety section too in detail.
There are 2 sofa beds if required for booking more then 8 people Specially can be used for Children.Sofa beds are shown in pictures for room 5 and 6 .Room 6 red sofa bed is part of room 4 that sofa bed can be used for kids together with adults in same room 4.
