The fully furnished apartment in Dresden is located in 1. OG of a Gründerzeithaus in the villa district Blasewitz. The apartment has 2 rooms and comfortably sleeps 2 people. In the yard is a parking space available for free.
It is about 58 m2 and consists of a spacious living / dining room with open kitchen (incl. EBK) and a balcony to the garden.

For a comfortable breakfast in the fresh air, the apartment has a balcony. The kitchenette is u. a. equipped with a fridge / freezer, stove, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, everything from plates to spoons.
The TV reception is made via a SAT antenna. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The bedroom has a large 2m x 2m bed and a large wardrobe. To get into the bathroom, go through the central doors of the cabinet.

The apartment is located in the Pohlandstraße. In the immediate vicinity are various shops, from the bakery to the supermarket, trams (Pohlandplatz) and numerous restaurants. The Schillerplatz with a shopping center, cinema and public transport can be reached in about 13 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity is also the university hospital, the forest park and the Elbe for relaxing walks or trips to the "Blue Wonder", to Loschwitz and to the Dresden Elbschlössern.
The center of Dresden, the glass VW factory and the swimming pool (Arnoldbad) is only a few minutes away by tram.

We will come back!
It is a great flat, with a lot of space and light, and in an excellent condition. The area is very nice, quiet and convenient as there are two bakeries, a supermarket and good restaurants nearby. It's well connected to the city centre and the train station. Dana is a very friendly person and she replied very quickly to our questions before and during our stay.

Große Ferienwohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Die Altstadt und Umgebung gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Freundliche Vermieterin mit immer einem offenem Ohr. Eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht.

Moderne Ferienwohnung in Gründerzeitvilla
Bei der von uns gemieteten Wohnung handelte es sich um eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete und stilvoll renovierte Wohnung in einer Gründerzeitvilla in einem sehr ruhigen Umfeld. Die Altstadt von Dresden ist mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin und ihr kleiner Sohn haben uns überaus freundlich empfangen. Sie gab uns zahlreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants, im Zentrum und in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter.

Gemütliche Wohnung in einem schönen Villenviertel, nette Restaurants in der Nähe, die Verkehrsanbindung zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt ist super. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sofort um kleine Probleme und Anfragen z.B. Fahrradverleih. Toller erholsamer Urlaub!!

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung war in genau dem beschriebenen Zustand, blitzsauber, perfekt ausgestattet und geschnitten, tolle Lage in Dresden, mit einer sehr netten und kommunikativen Vermieterin, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen wollte. ruhige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Blasewitz
Ruhig gelegene, schön restaurierte Altbauwohnung mit geschmackvoller, gehobener Ausstattung, die in allen Belangen (Tee- und Kaffeeauswahl, Küchen- und Badezimmerausstattung, etc.) den sorgfältigen Blick auf die Details erkennen lässt. Mitgebrachte oder in der Nähe zu mietende Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und umsorgt, sowie vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Kurzum: eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
