It could be a little cleaner
Douglas is fine it’s just the hotel was not very nice and the driveway was full of gigantic holes.
Nice place to visit as the saying goes. But, I wouldn't want to live there. The people we met were very nice and very friendly. Lovely people.
State Fair in Douglas is price gouging at its best. Sadly every business uses it as an opportunity to raise prices.
This is a fantastic place if anyone is into Rail Fanning or train watching. You can meet so many train engineers at Penny’s Diner right at the hotel. Everyone, even the guests are the friendliest I have ever encountered.
