"Calabogie peaks resort was 5 minutes down the road. Stores, food places and trails close proximity. My dad and I were in Calabogie for the annual snowmobile races and got lucky with the last room available. Spacious, cute environment, clean, and the man running the place and front desk was so kind. Definitely will be our spot to stay every year moving forward, can’t beat the price. "

"My partner and I decided to have a little R&R for a couple of days. We randomly ended up at Somewhere Inn Calabogie. We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was absolutely amazing (everybody was so friendly and wonderful) and they would communicate with you via text, if you needed anything. On the last day, we had a LOT of snow, and we were afraid that we were going to have a hard time getting outta the area, but luckily, they had some people come through to help not only shovel the snow, but also help get some of the snow off our car. It was very sweet of them. There isn't *too* much to do in Calabogie proper, except for maybe hiking in Eagle's Nest (we went end of March 2025). So prepare for this! I think it would've been really fun if we came here during the summer or fall. We ended up going to the day spa in Gatineau for one day, and then to Ottawa for another. All about 50 minutes to an hour away. One other warning is that if you have loud neighbours, it might be a tad annoying. We luckily only had loud neighbours for one evening. Somewhere Inn provides you with ear plugs to help with this, but unfortunately they were fairly loud. Otherwise, we had a nice little getaway from the bustling city of Toronto!"

"Four of us - 2 adults and 2 teens - spent a lovely, last minute trip March 13-15, 2025. The cabin did not disappoint. Nestled along the mighty Madawaska River and tucked down in the forest. We played cards, watched movies, and a sat on the awesome couch with a warm fire while enjoying the views. All basic comforts of home were available, the cabin was clean, and we were more than impressed. Would have loved to have had access to the sun porch, but understandably not in use over winter. We have family in the area, and would love to stay here again next time we visit. Hopefully there will be some availability to do so! Looking forward to a swim off the dock and a bonfire next time!Honestly, even our teens enjoyed the quiet and quaint of the cabin. Definitely recommend!"

"5 minute drive to the ski hill. A little dated but great spot for the kids. Restaurant was really good and kids enjoyed the games room."
