"No carpets in the room. No electric kettle for making a beverage in the room. Carpet on corridors not neatly cleaned. A lot of smell of smoke from smokers and this pollutes air at the rooms."

"When we booked our stay we were very excited and the reviews were generally pretty good. When checking in, there was no staff to help us. At night there was screaming, yelling, drinking, smoking and loitering outside our room (below our balcony) which kept us up pretty much all night both nights. When trying to contact front desk, there was no one around to help. Even with the balcony door closed, the shutters closed and the curtains drawn, we were kept up all night (until almost 4am) by other guests (not random people on the street) and their yelling and shouting. The property was nice but the service and noise levels, simply unacceptable. Very disappointed. "

"Pretty good hotel and clean rooms. Short distance to a shopping mall and other restaurants. Only thing to highlight is that toilets are seated pretty high 😀 i am 174cm tall and barely touched the ground.. ha … overall pretty clean hotel and highly recommended."

"The room was well presented, clean and spacious. Grrat black out for sleeping ans amazing views of Geneva. Staff were ok and managed to get us booked for a meal. I'd recommend pre booking the restaurant as there is nowhere else close to eat if on foot. 20 minute walk from the nearest bus station through a cute French village, but is up hill. "

"Very clean simple hotel near the centre of Gex. Rooms and all areas seem fresh and clean. Parking a little limited as underground parking is tight. Reception staff very helpful. Italian restaurant on ground floor. Recommended. "
