NEW APARTMENT located in the residential area of Cala Gonone; situated on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom and bathroom. The property is completed by a large terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation; moreover, the flat has a very large courtyard on the ground floor where children can play in peace and freedom. Convenient free parking in the vicinity of the house. TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue corner.
