"Check in is tricky if you don’t arrive between 2-8pm(no one will be at the desk) so email them and they will let you know how to check in and get inside your room. There will be written info. at the front desk if you need to call them(local Korean number) Clean & simple. We reserved for 14 days but 7 days of our travel we went to Japan & used this guesthouse as a base to keep our belongings. $52 per night was a steal!!!! We toured Seoul and surrounding area rest of our trip. Used only to sleep...

"This is a commercial building. The 17th floor is occupied by this hotel. There were two other hotels in the building. Only about 17 rooms, recently refurbished and new, clean and working order. All instructions mainly in Korean, an English translation would help. Bunk beds nice for kids. Toilet with the Toto seats and bidet. TV with multiple channels, mainly Asian. There is a cold and hot water dispenser, made our own hot drinks and noodle cup. Small room and bathroom. Live out of suitcases....

"I loved it here!!!!!! It markets itself as a hostel but having stayed at hostels and hotels...it offers far more than any hotel I have stayed at for that price point There are FREE washing machines on each floor with detergent and clothes racks provided. Free breakfast is offered. I have seen some people complain about having to wash your plate but you are getting a free meal ; it is the least you can do. You are going to be washing a plate, cup and cutlery (that's like 3 mins work get over...

"-This property is just on one floor but its pretty quiet despite it being right on myeondong. -The building entrance is on the left side ( we got confused and went straight and went to the right side of the building ). There's a concierge at the entrance of actual hotel building. -The hotel check in was pretty good too. Front desk speaks fluent English. - Take away is that wifi only works for one device. Wifi isn't great so make sure you have data. -Lastly, it is true that rooms are cramped....

"The room was small, slightly wider than a twin bed, but that was expected. Bed was a bit on the hard side. The room was clean. Free bottle of water included. Super close to the train station. The huge negative is the thinness of the walls. I could hear the people in the bathroom next to my room. I could hear anyone and everyone in the hallway. Hard to sleep well when your room is not quiet at all."

"As first time travellers to Korea and English speaking, this establishment was prefessional and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, excellent, spacious with much storage (we had the one bed apartment). The service was amazing and fast! The staff is helpful and very kind. If ever going back to Korea, I will stay in this hotel again. The area had many markets, food, coffee, anything you needed very close by. I loved the Insadong neighborhood!
