"I like everything about the hotel!!!"

"Love our stay, great room especially the one that we had, with bathtub and wash let toilet 😅. We had. The view of the ocean! Restaurants serves great buffet breakfast one on the 3rd floor and one on the rooftop looking by the pool and ocean. Afternoon tea is also served at the rooftop restaurant. Staff are amazing, shoutout to Jake at rooftop resto, our driver Harrow and all of the front desk and waitresses/waiters that served us. We will definitely be returning with the whole family soon! Thanks again!"

"A truly 5-star experience! The hotel room was super clean and had everything we needed. The amenities, including the spa, gym, pool and kids club were top-notch. And what separates this place the most was the superior customer service. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Trang at Han River restaurant, Jessi at Kidsdom and Tiffany at the front desk for going above and beyond and taking care of us. This place truly knew how to make you feel special and giving a feel of having a “home away from home.” We will definitely be back! We missed out on touring Hue Imperial City during our trip, but we will make sure to make this our home base when we return!"
