I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever."

Filthy old pans. No coffee pods and nowhere to purchase. 1 tiny bar of soap for 6 people. No where to plug in lamps by beds. The apartment was dirty. Dirty drawers. Couldn’t hang clothes.
