Very quiet, every comfort nice furnishings, clean, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with bunk beds, bedside tables and shelves. Equipped kitchen and lounge with sea view terrace. Mosquito nets to all windows even if there are not many mosquitoes. Possibility barbecue. Reserved parking space.

Magnifique séjour!

Enzo et sa femme sont des personnes très accueillantes et disponibles. Un grand merci pour leur sympathie ! La location est idéale pour 1 couple et 2 enfants. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans une maison, avec grande terrasse avec très belle vue. Place de parking couverte à l'ombre. Tout équipé, lave vaisselle, frigo, four, climatisation dans les chambres. Nous pouvions laisser nos vêtements pour les faire laver par nos hôtes. Matelas de très bonne qualité. A noter: Pas de sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, toaster, bouilloire. A proximité des belles plages. Petit supermarché bien achalandé à Chia et plus grand à 20 min en voiture ( à Pula). Magasins, bars, glaciers, animations à Pula.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie alla disponibilità dei proprietari; appartamento ampio, pulito e dotato ogni confort situato in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le diverse spiagge di Chia.

Ottima posizione per tutte le spiagge di Chia. L'appartamento è perfetto. Vista magnifica.

Enzo, moglie e cognata molto disponibili per tutte le richieste. Ampi spazi. Giardino molto curato. Zona silenziosa ma centrale ai servizi. Disponibile ombrellone per la spiaggia. Ottima la disponibilità della lavastoviglie.

Authentische Wohnung und Gastgeber

Nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Toller Freisitz, Ausblick aufs nahe Meer, w-lan "um die Ecke" an der Bar. Kein Appartment "von der Stange" sondern landestypisch und authentisch eingerichtet - großer Wohlfühlfaktor :).

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen obwohl in Strandnähe. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet in netter Umgebung mit schönem gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Maison très bien placée avec belle vue sur la mer. A seulement 10 minutes de la plage.

Chia est proche de superbes plages de sable fin. Par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prêts à rendre service.

Villetta immersa nel verde con splendido panorama

La villetta si trova in una splendida posizione panoramica, circondata da un rigoglioso giardino curato con dedizione dalla proprietaria, persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. Dispone di posto auto riservato proprio davanti a casa. Nonostante la casa non sia dotata di aria condizionata, la ventilazione naturale e i ventilatori a soffitto rendono gli ambienti freschi al punto giusto. Il terrazzo non è grandissimo ma sufficiente per potervi cenare. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 10 minuti. Che altro aggiungere? Assolutamente da consigliare!!

Appartamento confortevole...

Appartamento confortevole, ventilato, con balcone su cui è piacevole fare colazione e cenare. La posizione geografica permette di fruire di belle spiagge raggiungibili a piedi o, guidando un po',delle spettacolari Chia e Tuaredda. Un po' più distanti, Cagliari, Nora, siti archeologici sentieri per passeggiate nei boschi. Molto adatto per persone che amano la tranquillità.

"Maison située en haut d''une colline. Endroit trés joli avec vue magnifique. Logement absolument propre, pas de bruit de la nuit. Propriétaire(s) sur place, qui s''occupe avec tout son coeur du jardin de la maison. Trés sympas et disponibles pour toute question. Equipement tout à fait suffisant pour passer de belles vacances d''une ou deux semaines. Magasin avec boulangerie proche. Quelques restos à proximité. Voiture conseillée!"

"Casa molto accogliente, curata, fresca, con ampi spazi interni e un bel terrazzo dove cenare alla sera. L''''accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari sono state sempre perfette, senza mai essere invadenti. Una spiaggia in parte di piccola ghiaia e in parte di sabbia è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata a piedi. Ma le spiagge più belle, di sabbia finissima, si susseguono lungo la costa a pochi minuti di auto e consentono di godere di un mare da sogno. La sera, è assicurata la massima tranquillità per riposare, anche se a poca distanza con l''auto si può raggiungere il Chia Laguna Beach, accessibile per chi vuole assistere a spettacoli o frequentare il ristorante o il music bar."

"La villa sorge in un contesto verde e molto tranquillo. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed è molto pulito. I proprietari sono persone davvero ospitali e socievoli. La posione è strategica per raggiungere comodamente le spiagge più belle. Abbiamo trascorso giorni davvero spensierati e sereni in questa casa."
