"CASA limone" (4 pers.) and "APPARTAMENTO oliva" (2 pers.) are modern but authentically restored and harmoniously integrated into the old olive country house. There is also the adjoining new "CASA camillo" (4 pers.)



Our romantic and cozy country house is located on the edge of the village of Trincheri (see Google map below) on an olive terrace. This offers a variety of possibilities - including plenty of parking space. In the natural garden with olive and fruit trees you will find plenty of places to linger and enjoy - the barbecue area with the large rustic table under the mulberry tree is also ideal for this.



Newly designed iron windows, doors and stairs blend harmoniously with the traditional ambience. The resulting improved lighting conditions emphasize the unique charm of this house, which is surrounded by greenery. This is emphasized by the small covered seating area in the entrance area.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und steht mitten in einem Olivenhain. absolute Ruhe und Authentizität. Sehr gute Matratzen und in der Küche alles perfekt und neuwertig. Parkplatz am Haus und die Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Pros: "Casa Limone" hat eine fantastische Lage mit weitem Blick über die ligurischen Berge bis zum Meer. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf inmitten von Olivenhainen. Es wurde stilvoll und praktisch saniert, alles wirkt "lässig kultiviert". Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche mit allen Geräten für den täglichen Bedarf, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer großem Bibliothek und einem Holzofen für kältere Tage. Eine Treppe führt hinauf auf die Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Panoramablick. Ums Haus gibt es einen schönen, auch schattigen Garten mit ausreichend Gartenmöbeln. Im selben Haus gibt es noch zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen, von deren Gästen man kaum etwas mitbekommt. Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Für Leseratten: gute Nachtischlampen! Man erreicht das Haus über eine Straße, die am Dorf vorbeiführt. Im Dorf selbst herrscht absolute Ruhe. Im - verschachtelten - Haus gibt zwei weitere Fewos, von deren Gästen man wenig mitbekommt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Pros: Sehr schöne, stilvolle Anlage in schönem großen, gepflegtem Garten. Toller Blick in die Berge und in der Ferne aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse und vom Küchenwintergarten (auf die Bergseite). Wir waren Anfang Juni 21 da und es herrschte perfekte Stille, keine Autos o.ä. zu hören. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben immer gute Tipps auf Lager. Prima die 2 Wohnungen, perfekt für eine größere Gruppe, bspw. für 3 Paare gut möglich. Sehr schöne Fahrradgegend mit e-Bikes oder für ambitionierte Sportler, wenig Verkehr. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pros: Von der Ausstattung bis zur Einrichtung wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Auf der einen Seite die teilweise wolkenverhangenen Berge, auf der anderen Seite das sonnige Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Platz im Haus und sogar ein Garten. Die Umgebung ist grün und überall stehen Olivenbäume. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vorallem der Wintergarten und die Dachterrasse haben es uns angetan. Guter Ort zum Rad fahren (on/off road) oder wandern. Wir waren viel am Meer.

Der erste Eindruck nach anstrengender Anreise: Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete, schön geschnittene Wohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor, ein wunderschöner Garten, grandiose Ausblicke Richtung Berge und Meer, nette Vermieter ... einfach traumhaft. So konnten wir in eine sehr entspannte Woche mit abwechslungreichem Programm starten, immer begleitet von hilfreichen Tipps und Hinweisen der Vermieter: Wanderungen, Stadtbummel, ein Tag am Meer, eine wunderbare Trattoria und vieles mehr ... oder einfach ein entspannter Tag im Garten. Kurz: Umgebung, Lage, Garten, Wohnung, Service und Betreuung auf höchstem Niveau. Danke für die schöne Zeit im Casa Limone!

Nun haben wir den Herbst genossen und ich glaube, wir werden auch die anderen Jahreszeiten noch ausprobieren. Aber nicht (nur) wegen der Jahreszeiten, sondern wegen dieser optimalen Unterkunft, an der nun mal ALLES stimmt. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt war unsere Tochter 17, ein alter wo man nicht unbedingt mit den Eltern verreist, aber es war ihr Wunsch nach Trincheri zu fahren und sie wird bestimmt auch das nächste mal mitkommen, wenn wir wieder das Casa Limone mieten....

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich war mit meinem Mann und unserem 5 jährigen Sohn für eine Woche im August dort. Nicht nur die sehr saubere, gut klimatisierte und wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer haben uns überzeugt. Die Landschaft und die kleinen Dörfer in der Umgebung sind toll um zu wandern und bieten viele sehenswerte Ausflugsziele. Wer gern selbst kocht und auf der ruhigen Terrasse seine Freizeit genießen will, findet in der modern eingerichteten Küche alles was man braucht um den Tag mit der Familie am Esstisch gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub, den wir sicher wieder in der Casa Limone verbringen werden.

Pros: Viele Jahre verbringen wir unseren Urlaub immer wieder in Ligurien. Casa Limone und das App. Oliva wurden auf Herz&Nieren geprüft und bewohnt :) Es fehlt an nix, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet kamen wir schnell aus dem Alltagsstress in den Urlaubsmodus. Die Gegend lädt ein um Ruhe zu genießen... Ein kleiner Spaziergang in die Olivenhaine... oder aber Trubel am Strand oder in den Städten (Porto, Allassio, San Remo) zu erfahren. Außerdem sind die Ligurischen Küstengebiete oder Seealpen die reinsten Genußstrecken für Motorradfahrer wie uns. Wir kommen selbstverständlich immer wieder ;)
