"No WiFi working. Towels were not changed at all. Only one member of the staff spoke English. Room too hot and the radiator could not be turned down. Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center."

Quello che mi ha deluso profondamente, ahimé, è la pulizia della camera. Nei 4 giorni di pernottamento, la pulizia si riduceva al semplice cambio asciugamani e cestini dell'immondizia. Il letto veniva soltanto coperto e le lenzuola restavano puntualmente sgualcite, eventuali stoviglie utilizzate non venivano portate via, finendo per accumularsi giorno dopo giorno....

"Nice hotel, seems relatively new. The pros include english speaking staff and friendly service. Cons include remote location (this could be a pro for someone else) with no clear entrance. Taxi's kept continually getting confused where to pick me up or drop me off. Separate cottages means that you have to wear your winter coat if you want to go eat dinner or enjoy the swimming pool. No fitness facility which is a real bummer for me. "
