"The hotel boasts an excellent location and top-notch facilities. The staff are exceptionally attentive and eager to assist. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. We dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the service and food were truly outstanding. Although Expedia advertised Slot Play as one of the amenities, unfortunately, it was not recognized by the hotel staff. In addition it was not possible to change it during our reservation through Expedia. Gym facilities were good, but the AC was not working well for a closed space. "

"My family and I (2 children) truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, clean hotel. We love the beautiful gardens and pool area. Great place for private events. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff were professional always asking if we needed anything. We are a VEGAN family and we were delighted with the continental breakfast. We are Dominicans so to have hardy breakfast like avocado, yucca, Mangu, taro, fried onions, breads, fruits, nuts/seeds and fresh squeeze juice/ Green juice was just AMAZING. We ate and were full practically til dinner time. I was curious and asked if they had Tofu and they did. We chose not to eat it in case it wasnt so fresh being that we were probably the only vegan guests ever lol. The location is great, safe/clean neighborhood not far from our activities. I would def come back to this hotel if I had to and highly recommend it. Thank you Embajador!"
