"Wir haben uns in Sanja und Zlatkos kleinem Steinhaus rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist modern, zugleich aber auch sehr gemĂŒtlich und traditionell. Absolut sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man eventuell brauchen könnte, einschließlich Webergrill. Garten und Pool sehr schön. Wir konnten beides leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht so nutzen, haben aber umso lieber den vorhandenen Pelletofen angefeuert. "We loved the house and pool and all other nice things like the pool table and JBL box. There is a small supermarket in the village and beach is about 15 minutes by car. The village is small and quiet. The house is very convenient with well equipped kitchen and airconditioning. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The hosts are super friendly and gave us cake and fresh fruit. They helped us with questions and useful information. "

"Es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, genauso wie der Vermieter selbst. Der Bungalow und die Außenanlagen waren immer sehr sauber. Die Bungalows selbst liegen alle ein bisschen auseinander so dass man die anderen Urlauber nicht groß hört. Es ist zum Lidl sowie zum Kaufland keine 10 Minuten und in die Stadt 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns so gut gefallen, das wir einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub fĂŒr das nĂ€chste Jahr schon planen."

"Ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Lediglich ein Durchgangszimmer war nicht perfekt. Aber man konnte auch den Vorderausgang nutzen um zum Pool zu gelangen. Daher, alkes ok. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es gab Obst, selbst hergestelltes Olivenöl und GetrĂ€nke zur BegrĂŒĂŸung und nochmal Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte zum Abschied. Leider gab es keinen Busfahrplan um zu wissen wann die Fahrt in die Innenstadt erfolgt. Mit Bus oder Rad ist man schnell dort. ParkgebĂŒhren sonst ĂŒberall. Rovinj Ist...

"L’accueil est chaleureux et l’appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs propre et confortable. Place de parking sĂ©curisĂ©e. À deux minutes en voiture du centre-ville et deux minutes Ă  pied de commerces si vous voulez faire des courses pour vous faire la cuisine. La piscine n’était pas ouverte quand nous sommes passĂ©s en avril mais c’est tout Ă  fait comprĂ©hensible en cette pĂ©riode. Je recommande."

"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur LĂ€rm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wĂ€re erst am nĂ€chsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
