"Well what a lovely find this place was. We were looked after by the owners from start to finish, Iain was super friendly and extremely helpful checking us in, showing us around etc. Our room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. When we left we were given free home baked goods by Hannah which was a really nice touch. Was like staying back at home with our parents bless them both. Beautiful place and would highly recommend."

"The Guesthouse was immaculate and in a perfect location, with a lovely garden and lounge to use. The room was large, with a great en suite and a comfortable bed. The host ( Marios ) was very welcoming and helpful. "

"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"Got to the hotel to be told that there was not a room reserved for me. Apparantly the owner had stopped using Hotel.com in September, so was not expecting me. I could not be relocated as it was Lincoln Christmas Market, and all hotels were full. I therefore had to do the return journey all the way home, so wasted 4 hours and half a tank of petrol. Was told I would get a total refund to my mastercard, but then received a credit note instead."
