This 1950's duplex in the north end of Dewey Beach was 100% remodeled in the spring of 2021, and converted into a single family home. We retained as much of the historic charm as possible, but gutted the entire interior and updated every inch of the house, including the electrical and plumbing.

The house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 outside showers, an eat-in kitchen with oversized island, two porches, including covered and open air decks, firepit w/wood provided, and an in-ground pool with heat/chill options. In keeping with the historic nature of the home, it features a variety of items for kids to play with, including old phones, encyclopedias, an old viewmaster, and more. A short 2 block walk to the dune entrance.

No teen, grad or college groups, this is a family home.
Pets permitted with advance notice and payment of PET FEE per pet.
No smoking.
Fri-Fri during the summer months.
Pool typically open mid-April through 11/1.
Pool Heater Available/functional when air temps are appx 60 degrees or higher.
Posted rates include 10 unrelated guests or less. Additional guests incur a fee of $100/per guest.
