Escape to paradise at our stunning lake view home in Waterford Michigan. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property features a hot tub, wood-fired pizza oven, two sitting hammocks, and a view of Cass Lake. There is also a heated outdoor greenhouse, a bonfire pit, and a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Located 1 mile from Dodge State park and a 5 minute walk to a boat rental right on Cass lake. Just 20 minutes from Top Golf which is right next to Great Lakes Crossing Outlet (The largest mall in Michigan). It’s also close to Downtown Birmingham, Downtown Royal Oak, and Detroit. Our property is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

The accommodations were as described. The house does need some cosmetic fixes. One thing we found odd was the microwave door opens toward the refrigerator and it doesn't open all the way because of the frig.

The house was warm and comfy. Carlos was very responsive to the minor issues we had, but unfortunately one of the toilets stopped working. He had it fixed within 24 hours. Lovely hot tub, nice beds and nice linens.

The house was great! The backdoor was a little difficult to slide for my kids and the outside could use some TLC but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The communication was always prompt and helpful. The inside was very clean and as advertised. Recommend this place to stay especially if you have a larger party.

The layout was as expected…very cute house. We were excited that the Christmas tree was still up because this was our Christmas trip! We had 6 adults and three children and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay!

The inside of the house was satisfactory. The outside is in need of maintenance quite a bit. The outside areas where in need of paint, landscaping maintenance, and fencing is in a bad state. It truly could be a great opportunity for more income if it was in a better condition. Grass was not even mowed. We did like that the yard has different areas set up and the hot tub was great. We used the pizza oven the 1st night and that was a new experience for us.

The house is old and unkept. Some updates but needs more to make better. First impression is terrible, the yard is completely overgrown and debri from oak trees everywhere. Interior is only surface clean, deep clean needed. Dirty floors, fan blades, cobwebs, dirty pans, old stained towels, broken blind, dirty kitchen sink sponge, etc. Hot tub was ok. Fork N Pint was good.

The property needs some serious TLC. Did not get to enjoy the pizza oven.

Property was not kept up. The listing photos were taken at night hiding a lot of the issues with the property. It was not clean upon arrival. We didn’t even end up staying. Spoke with Host and even though he agreed with poor conditions he was not help at all. We had to find another place to stay for the week after driving 10+ hours.
