The home was spacious and great for our family and friends. It is a short walk from the beach and is close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers which was great. However the beds in the upstairs guestrooms and furniture in the family room are a little dated and some of blinds need replacing. This rental would be excellent with a few improvements to include updated furniture and new beds in the upstairs guest rooms. I would recommend this rental to friends with the recommended improvements.

Reviewer Comments: The Beaches were absolutely beautiful and the houses location is very good, located on the end of a nice quite cul de sac. It is within walking distance to the pool, beaches and food. However, the full potential of the house is not utilized and it is in need of just general maintenance & updates, such as bed linens. The furniture and amenities are not in line with the price.
