Melrose Place is a 4 bedroom home located in the private community of Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle. The home features three stories of luxury visible at every turn, including a private elevator, marble surfaces, coffered ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, elegant bedroom suites, and high-end furnishings. The outdoor area features a private pool, grill, outdoor ping pong table and Jenga game.

Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle is one of the area's most exclusive gated beachfront communities, surrounded by sugar white sands, two coastal dune lakes, wildlife, and endless gulf views. Located right off the East pass in view of weekly fireworks from the harbor, neighborhood amenities also include two resort style community pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and private beach access with Destin Tram transportation to the beach.

Great Family Vacation Home

This home was great for our family vacation with 6 adults and 3 kids under 4. The pool was perfect for days we did not want to go to the beach and the great room was perfect for cooking, playing games, and watching movies!

Amazing House

We just got back from our recent trip and loved our time at Melrose Place! The house was perfect and fit our 8 adults and 4 kids (all under 22 months) perfectly. The bedrooms are all great size and the kitchen / living room / dining room are perfect for hosting a large family. We loved the pool in the backyard and the close walk to the beach as well! We hope to be back next year!

The best week!

The house was amazing and everything the listing showed and more!! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The elevator was the main reason we booked the home For my father in law who is handicapped. He was able to join us at the beach and enjoy his vacation as well which is more than we could have asked for! We would book again just for that! 10/10 recommend!

Happy Place

Overall great property stay, elevator very useful. 2nd floor master shower drains slowly to the point of almost flowing out of the shower. I have stayed in Destin Pointe every year for 30 years except Covid year. Disappointed no complimentary beach set up, we have always had 1 comp setup. Tram service was only Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday due to staffing, this was an inconvenience. Third floor porch provided a great view of the Thursday firework show! We would recommend and rent this property again.

Great location with wonderful amenities

The house is beautiful, beds comfortable great room sizes and multiple verandas! Loved the bikes and the games downstairs. Management was very quick to respond to our questions! Be sure to bring all food essentials including salt and pepper! We had a wonderful time making great memories! Will rent again!
