"Breakers East 105" Gulf Front 2 BR/2BA Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #105 is a very spacious unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of the breakers east on the beach.

Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided.
Features: Master bedroom -king size bed. Master bathroom has remodeled walk in shower. Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds. Kitchen is fully equipped also has full size washer and dryer in unit. Covered parking spot.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great stay!

s outdated with all the mirrors etc., but it was clean and spacious! Only 1 suggestion...you definitely need a decent frying pan! We would definitely stay at this complex again!

Exactly as advertised!

Great location in the middle of everything in Destin. Perfect first floor condo. Easy access to the beach and pool. And it includes a beach setup. Decor is a little dated but doesn’t take away from our 5-star review.

First Time in Destin

The condo was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. The view was perfect! We absolutely loved the covered parking space conveniently located right next to the stairs, and we were so thankful for the included beach service. We will definitely be back!

60th Birthday Get Away

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday near the beach, and this was the perfect place. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves to the utmost.She had never been to the Destin area and it was even more of a treat for her. The condo was very large and spacious, right on the beach and the weather was great and I will definitely be coming back to this place again in the near future!

It's the culture right now to blow up every place that doesn't hold up to every person's personal preference. This will not disappoint. For people who are looking just below this price point I recommend you spend a little extra and leave happy.

Excellent stay

Beautifully-decorated. Large rooms. Kitchen assessories galore. Direct beachfront. Large balcony with plenty of seating. Beds comfortable, but pillows could use replacing. A bit difficult to pull out on main road because of traffic even in December, but that's the norm for Destin. Restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive and polite. The coffee pot didn't work upon arrival, and a new one was brought pronto.

The Best Condo Ever!!

Our we stay in the property was AMAZING!! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed down to plenty of towels to a fully socked kitchen as far as supplies go. There wad also had a washer and dryer that was very nice and both washed and dried the cloths perfectly. Everything was nice and clean. The location was magnificent. The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. We had cover parking which was right next the elevator. Everything was easy!! We loved it. We had an issue with Internet but it was operator error as I was putting the password in incorrectly: however before realizing that was the issue I texted the property manager/owner and she responded immediately. She was very nice and patient. She wanted to be sure all was well. You would definitely enjoy your stay here. We sure did! Book now!
