Modern Shipping Container Guest House w/ City Views

Experience a unique stay in this newly built shipping container guest house! Thoughtfully designed with style and comfort, it features two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and living space with handmade furniture and a cozy electric fireplace.

Relax on the deck and soak in the breathtaking city views—it’s the perfect retreat.

Please note, the guest house is above our garage, used as a home gym, and is adjacent to our main home. There are MULTIPLE stairs to reach the apartment.

We kindly ask for quiet hours on the deck from 8 PM to 8 AM and request all guests respect our strict no-smoking policy (including cannabis and cigarettes) across the property. Thank you!

You’ll have access to the whole guest house.

You will use our personal back yard to get into the guest house.

Service dogs are not permitted to use the backyard and must be walked for "potty".

Please note: the electric fire place in the living does not have a heater.

We live on the property and will likely be around, but will leave you your space as needed. We may be using the backyard with our kiddos and friends.

We have one parking spot open in the driveway (access on 52nd St) for guests. All other cars will need to park across the street, at the park.

EV charging - $10/day - please inquire.

We kindly ask that all guests allow our team the opportunity to address any concerns during their stay to ensure a wonderful experience. While adjustments can be made to enhance your visit, we are unable to offer financial accommodations for things that can be fixed during the stay.
