Situated in a peaceful yet central neighborhood with excellent transportation links, it is walking distance to many shops, eateries, and pubs. The home itself boasts many unique design features & there’s plenty of space inside and out for your group to relax and have fun. This is a two-unit house and this spacious apartment is the lower unit.

It was absolutely perfect! The decor is amazing. The fireplace made me feel so cozy and relaxed. Tonya was so nice. She even offered to help me shop while I was there. Super nice lady and great property if you want peace and quiet.

Great study retreat

I was in need of a quiet, safe place to study and this was perfect. The basement space was very cozy and Tonya's touches of hospitality make it a really wonderful choice. I felt it was cleaned and the smell was fresh, though a basement, which can have a musty smell. She had a Keurig and I needed coffee to keep going, There was good table space and just a charming place. I felt so blessed to find it. Tracey
